VISION

|  Serve the Members  |  Enrich the Leaders  |  For a Better World  |

My personal vision has evolved from the 26 years of my involvement in Toastmasters. I have seen members grow and leaders nurtured in the organization. The immense growth and change that transpired in almost the 3 decades of my membership has inspired me to serve and become a significant leader in my own capacity. We have so much to contribute as we expand our influence to the 4 corners of the world.

I personally believe in serving the members in the best way that we can and enriching the leaders with our learning experience to create a better world for us and the next generations.

CAT FOR THE MEMBERS

Dear Fellow Toastmasters

Toastmasters is about the members. Our organization exists to serve the needs and fulfill the purpose for which the members join. We are expected to find ways to provide the experiential learning and skills, extend assistance to meet their needs, and fulfill the mission that we promise.

Christine A. Temblique believes in CAT for the Members.

Care serves as catalyst to find what people need. As Theodore Roosevelt said, “Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care.” The members are the most important persons in Toastmasters (MIPT). If a leader cares, the welfare of the members will be taken cared and attended to. I am here to listen and find your needs, concerns and feedbacks.

Action defines the extent of responding to the needs of the members. I offer my leadership to act on your behalf and discuss with my fellow officers ways of improving your interests and continuing forward for progress. “Words are from the lips, actions are from the heart”, from Rashida Costa. Action is the result of listening to you. I will work my best to improve our organization using your feedback and ideas.

Transparency will be my advocacy. I will work on getting our members aware of matters that are of value to them. We need your input just as we need your feedback to guide us accordingly. This will create openness, communication and accountability. The Board would like to be connected to the members at all times.

I look forward to earning your faith and trust in doing all these for you.
